The present invention manages a state of a road infrastructure with segments that conform to the current road. A segment generating unit 2 generates road segments by dividing the movement paths of moving bodies, collected from the moving bodies that move along a road, into a mesh obtained by dividing the ground surface into predetermined sizes. A state assessing unit 3 assesses the states of the road segments on the basis of sensor information of the road segments collected from the moving bodies, and outputs the states of the road segments.
La présente invention gère un état d'une infrastructure routière avec des segments qui se conforment à la route actuelle. Une unité de génération de segments (2) génère des segments de route par division des trajets de déplacement de corps mobiles, collectés à partir des corps mobiles qui se déplacent le long d'une route, en un maillage obtenu par division de la surface au sol en tailles préétablies. Une unité d'évaluation d'états (3) évalue les états des segments de route sur la base d'informations de capteur des segments de route collectés à partir des corps mobiles, et délivre les états des segments de route.
