The present invention relates to a process for vehicle drive-thru facility (101) adapted to process order and payment, receive, store and deliver commercial and retail classified goods offered by a plurality of tenants, the process comprising the steps of: providing at least one ordering module at one entry point of the vehicle drive-thru facility (101) to receive or retrieve at least one drive-thru order (103) from at least one order list from at least one user using the vehicle drive-thru facility (101); placing at least one servicing station (102) side by side in a pair for each of the tenants, having a vehicle access road to each of the servicing station (102); placing at least one pick-up/drop-off station on each or one of the servicing station (102) to deliver the drive-thru order (103); and providing a drive-thru lane indication or direction once the goods relating to the drive-thru order (103) for the user is ready or served at the servicing station (102), wherein a pair of servicing station (102) positioned adjacent or opposing side to each of the tenants, such that the pick-up/drop-off station positioned for ease of the vehicle accessing the access road to each of the servicing station or assigned parking lot (102) to retrieve the goods.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour une installation de point de retrait express (101) conçu pour traiter la commande et le paiement, recevoir, stocker et livrer des biens classifiés commerciaux et de détail proposés par une pluralité de fournisseurs, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir au moins un module de commande à un point d'entrée de l'installation de point de retrait express (101) pour recevoir ou récupérer au moins une commande en retrait express (103) à partir d'au moins une liste de commandes d'au moins un utilisateur utilisant l'installation de point de retrait express (101) ; mettre en place au moins une station de retrait express (102) côte à côte en une paire pour chacun des fournisseurs, ayant une voie d'accès de véhicule à chacune des stations de retrait express (102) ; mettre en place au moins une station de ramassage/dépôt sur chacune ou l'une de la station de retrait express (102) pour livrer la commande en retrait express (103) ; et fournir une indication ou une direction de voie de retrait express une fois que les biens se rapportant à la commande en retrait express (103) pour l'utilisateur est prête ou servie au niveau de la station de retrait express (102), une paire de stations de retrait express (102) positionnées de manière adjacente ou opposée à chacun des fournisseurs, de telle sorte que la station de ramassage/dépôt est positionnée pour faciliter l'accès du véhicule accédant à la voie d'accès de chacune de la station de retrait express ou du parc de stationnement attribué (102) pour récupérer les produits.
