The present invention relates to a low-shrinkage lightweight mortar composition in which a mortar composition using artificial lightweight fine aggregate is reinforced with energy-saving amorphous metallic fiber to reinforce flexural strength and splitting tensile strength, and to further enhance fluidity, lightweight properties, and dry shrinkage resistance. The present invention provides a low-shrinkage lightweight mortar composition having a compressive strength at age of 28 days of 30 MPa or more, wherein artificial lightweight fine aggregate is applied as fine aggregate, and 10-30 kg/m3 of amorphous metallic fiber is contained.
