PROCÉDÉ AMÉLIORÉ DE RÉALISATION D'UNE PRÉFORME FIBREUSE CONSOLIDÉE
The invention relates to a method for producing a consolidated fibrous preform intended for the manufacture of a composite material part, comprising the steps of: - shaping a fibrous structure by impregnation with a transient or fugitive material, - placing the pre-consolidated fibrous preform in a mould and injecting a polyurethane foam (50) into the mould in order to coat the fibrous preform (40) with polyurethane foam, - after cross-linking the polyurethane foam, demoulding the fibrous preform (40) coated with said foam, - impregnating the polyurethane foam with a carbon precursor, - heat-treating the fibrous preform (40) so as to form a carbon foam from the carbon precursor around the fibrous preform and remove the polyurethane foam (50) and the transient or fugitive material present in the fibrous preform, and - consolidating the fibrous preform by chemical gas-phase infiltration.
Procédé de réalisation d'une préforme fibreuse consolidée destinée à la fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite, comprenant les étapes de : mise en forme d'une texture fibreuse par imprégnation par un matériau fugace ou fugitif, mise en place de la préforme fibreuse pré-consolidée dans un moule et injection d'une mousse polyuréthane (50) dans le moule pour enrober la préforme fibreuse (40) de mousse polyuréthane, démoulage, après réticulation de la mousse polyuréthane, de la préforme fibreuse (40) enrobée de ladite mousse, imprégnation de la mousse polyuréthane par un précurseur de carbone, traitement thermique de la préforme fibreuse (40) de manière à former une mousse carbone à partir du précurseur de carbone autour de la préforme fibreuse, et à éliminer la mousse pulyuréthane (50) et le matériau fugace ou fugitif présent dans la préforme fibreuse, consolidation par infiltration chimique en phase gazeuse de la préforme fibreuse.
