CERAMIC PLATE WITH COLORFUL CLOUD SURFACE DECORATION EFFECT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are a ceramic plate with a colorful cloud surface decoration effect and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compression molding a ceramic base material to obtain a green body of the ceramic plate; applying ground glaze on a surface of the green body to cover the bottom color and flaws of the green body; applying cover glaze on the surface of the green body after the ground glaze is applied, wherein 0.2-0.7 wt% of chromophoric metal oxide is introduced into the cover glaze to enable the chromophoric color to be bright; applying roller printing on the surface of the green body after the cover glaze is applied to create a cloud effect; and drying the roller printed green body and firing same in a kiln. According to the present invention, patterns with the cloud effect are printed on the surface of the cover glaze by means of roller printing and create a bright contrast to the color of the cover glaze, thereby creating a good visual clear effect.
Sont divulgués une plaque céramique présentant un effet de décoration de surface nuageux et coloré et un procédé de préparation associé. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : le moulage par compression d'un matériau de base céramique pour obtenir un corps vert de la plaque céramique ; l'application d'une glaçure de fond sur une surface du corps vert pour couvrir la couleur de fond et les défauts du corps vert ; l'application d'une glaçure de couverture sur la surface du corps vert après application de la glaçure de fond, 0,2 à 0,7 % en poids d'un oxyde métallique chromophore étant introduit dans la glaçure de couverture pour permettre à la couleur chromophore d'être brillante ; l'application d'une impression au rouleau sur la surface du corps vert après application de la glaçure de couverture pour créer un effet nuageux ; et le séchage du corps vert imprimé au rouleau et sa cuisson dans un four. Selon la présente invention, des motifs ayant l'effet nuageux sont imprimés sur la surface de la glaçure de couverture à l'aide d'une impression au rouleau et créent un contraste brillant avec la couleur de la glaçure de couverture, ce qui crée un bon effet visuel clair.
