A faucet mounting assembly (1070) includes a nozzle (1020) coupled to a faucet (1000), a conical nut (1090) threadably coupled to an inner portion of the nozzle (1020), and a receiving clip (1080) coupled to an inner surface of the faucet (1000) and configured to receive the conical nut (1090) within. The receiving clip (1080) includes one or more sets of tabs (1210) configured to flex between a normal position and an extended position and a slot (1225) defined between the one or more sets of tabs (1210) and disposed along a midpoint of the receiving clip (1080); the tabs (1210) flex into the extended position when the conical nut (1090) is repositioned in and out of engagement with the receiving clip (1080). A shank mounted a retraction assembly (2000) includes a shank (2010) extended longitudinally from a faucet; a coupling (2040) threadably coupled to a bottom end of the shank (2010), the coupling (2040) including an engagement structure (2045) wholly disposed along an inner surface of the coupling (2040) wherein an end cap (2055) is threadably coupled to another end of the shank (2010); a bracket (2063) slidably engaged with the coupling (2040); a longitudinal member (2020) rotatably coupled to the bracket (2063) and oriented angularly from the shank (2010); and a retraction mechanism (2030) coupled to an end of the longitudinal member (2020) distal the bracket (2063), the retraction mechanism (2030) configured to retract a faucet hose into a seated position.
