Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Rohlings mit Farbverlauf für dentale Restaurationen mittels Sedimentationsverfahren, ein mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens gewonnen Rohling sowie die Verwendung einer Suspension zur Herstellung einer dentalen Restauration mit Farbverlauf. a) Bereitstellen einer Suspension umfassend i) flüssiges Dispersionsmittel, ii) ein Basismaterial und iii) ein oder mehrere färbende Substanzen; b) Sedimentation unter Ausbildung eines Farbgradienten im Sediment; c) Verfestigen des Sediments unter Ausbildung eines Rohlings mit Farbverlauf.
The present invention relates to a process for producing a color-graded blank for dental restorations by way of a sedimentation process, to a blank obtained by the process according to the invention and to the use of a suspension for producing a color-graded dental restoration. a) providing a suspension comprising i) a liquid dispersant, ii) a base material and iii) one or more coloring substances; b) sedimentation with the formation of a color gradient in the sediment; c) solidifying the sediment with the formation of a color-graded blank.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une ébauche avec dégradé de couleur pour restaurations dentaires faisant appel à un procédé de sédimentation, une ébauche obtenue au moyen du procédé selon l'invention ainsi que l'utilisation d'une suspension pour la fabrication d'une restauration dentaire avec dégradé de couleur, le procédé selon l'invention comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) préparation d'une suspension comprenant i) un agent de dispersion liquide ; ii) un matériau de base ; et iii) une ou plusieurs substances colorantes ; b) sédimentation avec formation d'un dégradé de couleur dans le sédiment ; c) solidification du sédiment jusqu'à formation d'une ébauche avec dégradé de couleur.
