SISTEMA DE CONEXIÓN ESTRUCTURAL A POSTERIORI Y MÉTODO DE CONEXIÓN DE ESTRUCTURAS MEDIANTE DICHO SISTEMA
The present invention relates to a system for structural connection at a later stage and method for connecting structures by means of said system, wherein the system comprises a plate-like support (3) incorporated in a reinforcement structure (4) and at least one screw (2) threaded into the support (3) that can be placed at different heights, maintaining the clearance between the screw (2) and the support (3) close to zero, and wherein the method comprises the steps of: placing the support (3) next to the existing concrete structure (1) to be repaired, flush with the support plate (3) on the side of the existing structure (1); generating a cavity (5) in the existing structure (1); threading in the screw (2) that is embedded in the cavity (5); restoring the cavity (5) such that the restored material (6) joins the concrete of the existing structure (1) with the support (3) with the screw (2).
Sistema de conexión estructural a posteriori y método de conexión de estructuras mediante dicho sistema, el cual comprende un soporte (3) en forma de placa, incorporado en una estructura de refuerzo (4), y al menos un tornillo (2) roscado en el soporte (3) que se puede colocar a diferentes alturas manteniendo una holgura cercana a cero entre el tornillo (2) y el soporte (3), y etapas de: colocación el soporte (3) junto a la estructura existente (1) de hormigón a reparar, a ras de la placa de soporte (3) en el lado de la estructura existente (1); generar un alveolo (5) en la estructura existente (1); roscado del tornillo (2) que quede embebido en el alveolo (5); restitución del alveolo (5) tal que el material restituido (6) une el hormigón de la estructura existente (1) con el soporte (3) con el tornillo (2).
Système de connexion structurelle à postériori et procédé de connexion de structures au moyen de ce système, lequel comprend un support (3) en forme de plaque, incorporé dans une structure de renforcement (4), et au moins une vis (2) filetée dans le support (3) qui peut être placée à différentes hauteurs tout en conservant un jeu proche de zéro entre la vis (2) et le support (3), et des étapes de : placement du support (3) près de la structure existante (1) de béton à réparer, à ras de la plaque de support (3) dans le côté de la structure existante (1) ; génération d'un alvéole (5) dans la structure existante (1) ; filetage de la vis (2) restant dans l'alvéole (5) ; restitution de l'alvéole (5) de sorte que le matériau de restitution (6) relie le béton de la structure existante (1) au support (3) avec la vis (2).
