The housing is hollow and comprises an inner surface. The housing is at least partially made of an electrically conductive material. The casing (24) is mounted inside the housing. The grounding strip (32) is in contact with the inner surface of the housing. The grounding strip (32) is mounted so as to be movable relative to the casing (24), such that the grounding strip (32) moves relative to the casing (24), when the casing (24) is inserted into the housing.
