Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fassadenelement (1) zum Aufbau einer Fassade (101) eines Gebäudes (100), wobei das Fassadenelement (1) zumindest eine Anbindungsstruktur zur Montage an dem Gebäude, eine der Anbindungsstruktur gegenüberliegende Außenseite (40), und einen die Außenseite (40) wenigstens teilweise umgreifenden Rahmen (60) aufweist. Die Anbindungsstruktur, die Außenseite (40) und der Rahmen (60) stehen derart miteinander in Verbindung, dass, in einem an dem Gebäude (100) angebrachten Montagezustand des Fassadenelements (1), die Anbindungsstruktur gegenüber der Außenseite (40) in einer von einer äußeren Umgebung (U) zum Gebäude (100) weisenden Montagerichtung (x) beabstandet ist. Das Fassadenelement (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenseite (40) durch ein Solarelement (41) zur Nutzung von Sonnenenergie ausgebildet ist, wobei das Solarelement (41) mit der Anbindungsstruktur derart in teilweiser Überdeckung angeordnet ist, dass ein Zugriffsbereich (2; 2') zur Bereitstellung eines freien Zugriffs entlang der Montagerichtung (x) von außen auf die Anbindungsstruktur ausgebildet ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Fassade (101) eines Gebäudes (100), ein Verfahren zur Montage einer Fassade (101), ein Verfahren zur Demontage eines Fassadenelements (1), sowie ein Verfahren zur Demontage eines Solarelements (41) eines Fassadenelements (1).

L'invention concerne un élément de façade (1) destiné à la construction d'une façade (101) d'un bâtiment (100).
