COUPLING STRUCTURE OF STEEL FRAME 3D MODULAR UNIT, AND MODULAR STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SAME
According to the present invention, provided is a coupling structure of a modular unit (100), the modular unit (100) comprising: a lower frame (110) including a plurality of floor beams (111); an upper frame (120) including a plurality of ceiling beams (121); and a column (130) for connecting the upper frame (120) and the lower frame (110), wherein the lower frame (110) and the upper frame (120) have a coupling part (300) for coupling an upper-floor modular unit (110a) and a lower-floor modular unit (110b). According to the present invention, ease of coupling and post-coupling structural safety are ensured when the individual modular unit is coupled and, further, on-site constructability is improved and uniform construction quality can be ensured when a modular building is constructed.
Selon la présente invention, l'invention concerne une structure de couplage d'une unité modulaire (100), l'unité modulaire (100) comprenant : un cadre inférieur (110) comprenant une pluralité de poutres de plancher (111) ; un cadre supérieur (120) comprenant une pluralité de poutres de plafond (121) ; et une colonne (130) pour relier le cadre supérieur (120) et le cadre inférieur (110), le cadre inférieur (110) et le cadre supérieur (120) ayant une partie d'accouplement (300) pour accoupler une unité modulaire de plancher supérieur (110a) et une unité modulaire de plancher inférieur (110b). Selon la présente invention, la facilité de couplage et la sécurité structurelle post-couplage sont assurées lorsque l'unité modulaire individuelle est couplée et, en outre, une constructibilité sur site est améliorée et une qualité de construction uniforme peut être assurée lorsqu'un bâtiment modulaire est construit.
