Disclosed in the present invention are a laminated zirconia dental ceramic material and a preparation method therefor. The main content comprises: processing interfaces of different layers of powder before forming using powder, performing granulation and sieving to prepare screened powder of a first mixture and screened powder of a second mixture, laying the screened powder of the first mixture on a lower layer of powder, laying the screened powder of the second mixture on the screened powder of the first mixture, and then superposing an upper layer of powder. The present invention solves the problem that interfaces of laminated zirconia dental ceramics are easy to crack. The resulting product can be used not only for forming disc-shaped blanks, but also for forming blanks of personalizedly shaped restorations on preparations.
Un matériau céramique dentaire de zircone stratifié et son procédé de préparation sont divulgués dans la présente invention. Le contenu principal consiste à : traiter des interfaces de différentes couches de poudre avant la formation à l'aide de poudre, effectuer une granulation et un tamisage pour préparer une poudre criblée d'un premier mélange et une poudre criblée d'un second mélange, déposer la poudre criblée du premier mélange sur une couche inférieure de poudre, déposer la poudre criblée du second mélange sur la poudre criblée du premier mélange, puis superposer une couche supérieure de poudre. La présente invention résout le problème selon lequel des interfaces d'une céramique dentaire de zircone stratifiée sont faciles à fissurer. Le produit résultant peut être utilisé non seulement pour former des ébauches discoïdes, mais également pour former des ébauches de restaurations de forme personnalisée sur des préparations.
