PROCÉDÉ DE CARBONATATION ACCÉLÉRÉE ET SA MISE EN ŒUVRE DANS UN PROCÉDÉ DE VALORISATION DE DÉCHETS DE BÉTON ET DE REJETS GAZEUX INDUSTRIELS
The invention relates to an accelerated carbonation process which comprises the following steps: a) providing recycled concrete aggregates with a particle size less than or equal to a value V1 of between 1 mm and 6 mm, in other words a 0/V1 sand; b) carrying out a separation step on the 0/V1 sand by defining a particle size cut-off with a value V2 of between 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm in such a way as to obtain: - a first fraction with a particle size less than V2, and - a second fraction with a particle size between V2 and V1; and c) subjecting the second fraction to an accelerated carbonation step in a dynamic carbonator (11) in order to obtain carbonated recycled concrete aggregates. The invention also relates to a process for upcycling concrete waste and industrial waste gases, in particular waste gases from cement works, using the accelerated carbonation process.
L'invention concerne un procédé de carbonatation accélérée comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) on dispose de granulats de béton recyclés de granulométrie inférieure ou égale à une valeur V1 comprise entre 1 mm et 6 mm, autrement dit un sable 0/V1; b) on effectue sur le sable 0/V1 une étape de séparation en définissant une coupure granulométrique d'une valeur V2 comprise entre 0,1 mm et 0,2 mm de manière à obtenir : - une 1ère fraction dont la granulométrie est inférieure à V2, et - une 2ème fraction dont la granulométrie est comprise entre V2 et V1; c) on soumet la 2ème fraction à une étape de carbonatation accélérée dans un carbonateur dynamique (11) de manière obtenir des granulats de béton recyclés carbonatés. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de valorisation des déchets de béton et des rejets gazeux industriels mettant en œuvre le procédé de carbonatation accélérée, en particulier des rejets gazeux de cimenterie.
