ARTIFICIAL TURF, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL TURF AND METHOD FOR RECYCLING AN ARTIFICIAL TURF INTO POLYESTER GRANULES
Artificial turf (10) arranged for use as a sports field, the artificial turf comprising at least one substrate, wherein at least first artificial turf fibers (11,11',11'') are attached to the substrate (12), and wherein the substrate is further provided with a coating for providing a turf withdrawal force of the first artificial turf fibers of at least 30 Newton, wherein the first artificial turf fibers are made of polyester and/or co-polyester, and wherein the coating concerns a polyether sulfone adhesive or a thermoplastic co-polyester adhesive for completely recycling the artificial turf into polyester granules. The application discloses further a method for manufacturing artificial turf and a method for recycling an artificial turf into polyester granules
L'invention concerne un gazon artificiel (10) conçu pour être utilisé comme terrain de sport, le gazon artificiel comportant au moins un substrat, au moins des premières fibres (11,11',11'') de gazon artificiel étant fixées au substrat (12), et le substrat étant en outre muni d'un revêtement servant à engendrer une force de retrait de gazon des premières fibres de gazon artificiel d'au moins 30 newtons, les premières fibres de gazon artificiel étant constitués de polyester et/ou de co-polyester, et le revêtement concernant un adhésif de polyéther sulfone ou un adhésif de co-polyester thermoplastique pour recycler entièrement le gazon artificiel en granulés de polyester. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de gazon artificiel et un procédé de recyclage d'un gazon artificiel en granulés de polyester.
