The present invention provides a mini jack, for an anti-seismic reinforcing bar coupler, having a hinged reinforcing member. The mini jack does not have the problem of bending or breaking a reinforcing bar coupler due to concentrated load on the lower part of a mount when pressing a working wedge of the reinforcing bar coupler such that the reinforcing bar coupler can hold a reinforcing bar, and keeps the reinforcing bar coupler in a stably mounted state so as not to fall off through the open upper part of the mount while pressing.
La présente invention concerne un mini-vérin, destiné à un dispositif d'accouplement de barre de renfort antisismique, comportant un élément de renforcement articulé.
