The invention relates to a method of biocementation comprising applying at a location of a granular substrate a first component comprising an alkalophilic ureolytic calcifying bacterium and a soluble Ca2+ salt in a medium of pH 10 to about pH 13 and applying to the location of the granular substrate a second component comprising urea, a soluble Ca2+ salt, and yeast extract, wherein the first component is applied to the location of the granular substrate separately to the second component.
L'invention concerne un procédé de biocementation comprenant l'application à un emplacement d'un substrat granulaire d'un premier composant comprenant une bactérie calcifiante uréolytique alcalophile et un sel Ca2+ soluble dans un milieu de pH 10 à environ pH 13 et l'application à l'emplacement du substrat granulaire d'un second composant comprenant de l'urée, un sel Ca2+ soluble et un extrait de levure, le premier composant étant appliqué à l'emplacement du substrat granulaire séparément du second composant.
