CRACK-CONTROLLING SELF-HEALING ADMIXTURE COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD FOR ADMIXTURE, AND SELF-HEALING MORTAR COMPOSITION AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE CROSS-SECTION REPAIR METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to novel crack-controlling self-healing mortar capable of crack reduction and crack healing, and to a self-healing admixture composition having a novel composition using magnesia-carbon, a preferable preparation method for the self-healing admixture, mortar preferably using the self-healing admixture, and a self-healing cross-section repair method. The crack-controlling self-healing admixture composition, according to the present invention, is composed so as to contain: 30-84 wt% of magnesia-carbon (MgO-C); 5.0-35 wt% of a carbonate promoter; 10-35 wt% of a smectite clay mineral; and 1.0-5.0 wt% of an organic acid additive. The self-healing admixture having such composition may be preferably prepared by mixing and grinding the magnesia-carbon, the carbonate promoter, and the smectite clay mineral by means of a MC reaction treatment under the conditions of 100-200 rpm and a retention time of 3-7 hours, wherein, if the internal temperature of MC reaction treatment equipment rises to 35°C or higher during the MC reaction treatment, the organic acid additive is inputted so as to continue the MC reaction treatment. The self-healing admixture prepared as such may be applied to a concrete cross-section repair method by mixing the self-healing mortar by means of a method in which 1-10 parts by weight of the self-healing admixture is substituted and mixed into 100 parts by weight of a cement-based binder, and then applying the self-healing mortar to a portion of a concrete structure from which a deteriorated portion has been removed.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau mortier autocicatrisant à limitation de fissures pouvant réduire les fissures et dcicatriser les fissures, et une composition d'adjuvant autocicatrisant présentant une nouvelle composition à l'aide de magnésie-carbone, un procédé de préparation préférable destiné à l'adjuvant autocicatrisant, un mortier utilisant de préférence l'adjuvant autocicatrisant, et un procédé de réparation de section transversale autocicatrisante. La composition d'adjuvant autocicatrisant à régulation de fissures, selon la présente invention, est composée de manière à contenir : 30 à 84 % en poids de magnésie-carbone (MgO-C) ; 5,0 à 35 % en poids d'un promoteur de carbonate ; 10 à 35 % en poids d'un minéral argileux de type smectite ; et 1,0 à 5,0 % en poids d'un additif acide organique. L'adjuvant autocicatrisant présentant une telle composition peut être préparé de préférence par mélange et broyage de la magnésie-carbone, du promoteur de carbonate, et du minéral argileux de type smectite au moyen d'un traitement de réaction mécanochimique (MC) dans des conditions de 100 à 200 tours/minute et un temps de rétention de 3 à 7 heures. Si la température interne de l'équipement de traitement de réaction MC atteint 35 °C ou plus pendant le traitement de réaction MC, l'additif acide organique est introduit de manière à continuer le traitement de réaction MC. L'adjuvant autocicatrisant ainsi préparé peut être appliqué à un procédé de réparation de section transversale de béton par mélange du mortier autocicatrisant au moyen d'un procédé dans lequel 1 à 10 parties en poids de l'adjuvant autocicatrisant sont substituées et mélangées à 100 parties en poids d'un liant à base de ciment, puis par application du mortier autocicatrisant à une partie d'une structure en béton dont une partie détériorée a été retirée.
본 발명은 균열저감과 균열치유가 가능한 새로운 균열제어 자기치유 모르타르에 관한 것으로, 마그카본을 이용한 새로운 조성의 자기치유 혼화재 조성물과 그 자기치유 혼화재의 바람직한 제조방법, 그리고 그 자기치유 혼화재를 바람직하게 이용한 모르타르와 자기치유 단면보수 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 균열제어 자기치유 혼화재 조성물은, 마그카본(MgO-C) 30~84중량%, 탄산염 촉진제 5.0~35중량%, 스멕타이트 점토광물 10~35중량%, 유기산 첨가제 1.0~5.0중량%를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 조성의 자기치유 혼화재는, 마그카본, 탄산염 촉진제, 스멕타이트 점토광물을 rpm 100~200, 유지시간 3~7hr 조건으로 MC반응 처리하여 혼합 분쇄하되 MC반응 처리 중에 MC반응처리장비 내부 온도가 35℃ 이상으로 상승하면 유기산 첨가제를 투입하여 MC반응 처리를 지속하는 방식으로 바람직하게 제조할 수 있다. 이렇게 제조한 자기치유 혼화재는 시멘트계 결합재 100중량부에 1~10중량부 치환 혼입하는 방법으로 자기치유 모르타르를 배합한 후, 콘크리트 구조물에서 열화부분이 제거된 부분에 시공하는 방식으로 콘크리트 단면보수공법에 적용할 수 있다.
