SUNKEN FRAME FOUNDATION AND GROUND PREFABRICATING EQUIPMENT AND SINKING DEVICE THEREOF
The present invention relates to the technical field of underground building construction. Disclosed are a sunken frame foundation and ground prefabricating equipment and a sinking device thereof. A construction site comprises a basement, movable prefabricating equipment and a sinking device; the basement comprises a sunken frame foundation; the sunken frame foundation is composed of a plurality of sunken wall foundations; the sunken wall foundation is a wall integrating an under-wall strip foundation, an underground diaphragm wall and a structural outer wall of the basement; pouring is completed on the ground by means of the prefabricating equipment; by using the sinking device, the entire foundation is directly sunken to a designed depth without excavating a foundation pit; the wall comprises a reinforcement cage; the prefabricating equipment comprises a formwork device; when a wall is prefabricated, the formwork device is installed on the ground above the horizontal position of the sunken frame foundation to be constructed; the sinking device comprises a chain cutter excavating device and a hanging device located at the top of the sunken frame foundation; the chain cutter excavating device is used for excavating rock and soil at the bottom of the wall; a chain cutter comprises a chain and a cutter mounted on the chain to excavate rock and soil; the chain runs on a guide rail; the chain cutter passes through a top frame envelope wall.
