Method and press for producing a curved laminated wood module (100) comprising a plurality of laminated veneer lumber (LVL) boards (101), where the press (1) comprises a convex mould (5), where the mould (5) is arranged on a frame (4), and where the press (1) comprises an upper part (3) adapted to be placed on the plurality of LVL boards (101), where the press (1) further comprises a plurality of pulling brackets (40) and pulling means (20) attached between the frame (4) and the pulling brackets (40), where the pulling means (20) are arranged to pull the pulling brackets (40) towards the frame (4) until the plurality of LVL boards (101) bears completely on the mould (5).
Procédé et presse permettant de produire un module de bois stratifié incurvé (100) comprenant une pluralité de planches (101) de bois de placage stratifié (LVL), la presse (1) comprenant un moule convexe (5), le moule (5) étant disposé sur un cadre (4), et la presse (1) comprenant une partie supérieure (3) conçue pour être placée sur la pluralité de planches de LVL (101), la presse (1) comprenant en outre une pluralité de supports de traction (40) et des moyens de traction (20) fixés entre le cadre (4) et les supports de traction (40), les moyens de traction (20) étant disposés pour tirer les supports de traction (40) vers le cadre (4) jusqu'à ce que la pluralité de planches de LVL (101) s'appuie complètement sur le moule (5).
