SECURITY PANEL MOUNTING SYSTEM
A security panel mounting system having a mounting unit configured to attach to a mounting surface; a securing unit configured to engage with the mounting unit wherein the engagement of the securing unit with the mounting unit forms a base fixture; a first narrow gasket and a second narrow gasket, each narrow gasket having: a narrow gasket body; a T-shaped narrow gasket handle attached to the narrow gasket body; and a gasket hollow nested within the narrow gasket body; wherein each narrow gasket handle is configured to engage with a corresponding structure within the base fixture to secure a security panel within the base fixture; and a cover configured to engage with the base fixture. An advantage is that the hollow within each narrow gasket may allow an impact to the panel to be responded more flexibly, reducing the likelihood of the mounting system being damaged from the impact.
Un système de montage de panneaux de sécurité selon l'invention comprend : une unité de montage, conçue pour se fixer à une surface de montage ; une unité de fixation, conçue pour venir en prise avec l'unité de montage, ce qui forme un bâti de base ; un premier joint étroit et un second joint étroit, dont chacun comporte un corps de joint étroit, une poignée de joint étroit en forme de T, fixée au corps de joint étroit, et un creux de joint, emboîté à l'intérieur du corps de joint étroit, chaque poignée de joint étroit étant conçue pour venir en prise avec une structure correspondante à l'intérieur du bâti de base pour y fixer un panneau de sécurité ; et un couvercle, conçu pour venir en prise avec le bâti de base. Un avantage est de pouvoir répondre avec souplesse accrue à un impact du panneau grâce au creux à l'intérieur de chaque joint étroit, ce qui réduit la probabilité d'endommagement du système de montage par l'impact.
