The invention relates to a method for producing a component comprising a plurality of hollow complex elements, including: - filling a plurality of molding cavities (111) with a thermoplastic material (6), the mold (100) being maintained at a first temperature, - applying a hold pressure to the thermoplastic material while the mold (100) is cooled to a second temperature, and - interrupting the hold pressure on the thermoplastic material while the mold (100) is cooled to a third temperature.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un composant comprenant une pluralité d'éléments complexes creux comprenant : - le remplissage par un matériau thermoplastique (6) d'une pluralité de cavités de moulage (111), le moule (100) étant maintenu à une première température, - l'application d'une pression de maintien sur le matériau thermoplastique alors que le moule (100) est refroidi jusqu'à une deuxième température, et - l'interruption de la pression de maintien sur le matériau thermoplastique alors que le moule (100) est refroidi jusqu'à une troisième température.
