The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing high-toughness and high-strength silicon nitride balls, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing silicon nitride balls capable of greatly improving a silicon nitride ball production yield, and wherein a reaction with carbon during sintering can be controlled, and high-strength and high-toughness silicon nitride balls can thus be manufactured.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de billes de nitrure de silicium à haute ténacité et à haute résistance, et plus spécifiquement, un procédé de fabrication de billes de nitrure de silicium permettant d'améliorer considérablement le rendement de production de billes de nitrure de silicium, et une réaction avec du carbone pendant le frittage pouvant être contrôlée, et des billes de nitrure de silicium à haute résistance et à ténacité élevée peuvent ainsi être fabriquées.
