COMBINED TEMPLATE AND EMBEDDED FOUNDATION-SUPPORTING OFFSHORE SUBSTRUCTURE, AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a combined template and embedded foundation-supporting offshore substructure and a installation method therefor and, more specifically, to a combined template and embedded foundation-supporting offshore substructure installed by a pre-piling method, and an installation method therefor, the substructure being characterized by comprising: a suction foundation which has a plurality of suction piles penetrated into the sea floor in advance by suctioning, joint sockets connected to heads of the suction piles, respectively, and connection members connecting the joint sockets to one another; and a substructure constructed so as to be connected to the upper portion of the pre-piled suction foundation, wherein insertion sockets connected to the lower ends of the substructure are inserted into the joint sockets, and the suction foundation and the substructure are connected via grouting between the insertion sockets and the joint sockets.
La présente invention concerne un gabarit combiné, une sous-structure en mer supportant une fondation intégrée et un procédé d'installation s'y rapportant et, plus particulièrement, un gabarit combiné, une sous-structure en mer supportant une fondation intégrée installée par un procédé d'enfoncement préalable et un procédé d'installation s'y rapportant, la sous-structure étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une fondation d'aspiration qui a une pluralité de pieux d'aspiration enfoncés à l'avance dans le fond marin par aspiration, des douilles d'articulation reliées à des têtes de pieux d'aspiration, respectivement, et des éléments de liaison reliant les douilles d'articulation l'une à l'autre; et une sous-structure construite de façon à être reliée à la partie supérieure de la fondation d'aspiration pré-empilée, des douilles d'insertion reliées aux extrémités inférieures de la sous-structure étant insérées dans les douilles d'articulation, et la fondation d'aspiration et la sous-structure étant reliées par l'intermédiaire d'un joint d'étanchéité entre les douilles d'insertion et les douilles d'articulation.
