METHOD AND PLANT FOR MANUFACTURING A SLAB OF ARTIFICIAL AGGLOMERATED STONE, AND SLAB MADE THEREBY
The present invention is related to a method for manufacturing slabs of artificial agglomerated stone which comprises the following steps: a) depositing a first layer (1.1) of a first mixture (M1) onto a surface (2), the first layer having a first thickness h1, b) creating at least one cavity (3), having a width wt and a length Li, in the first layer (1.1) of first mixture (M1), c) depositing a second mixture (M2) into the at least one cavity (3) of the first layer (1.1), forming a second layer (1.2) by the combination of first and second mixtures, and the second layer having a second thickness h2, d) compacting and hardening the second layer (1.2), wherein the method further comprises after step c) and before step d), - inserting a first tool (5) at least partially into the second thickness h2 of the second layer (1.2), and - actuating the first tool (5) wherein the first tool (5) is configured to stir the first wall portion (4.1) while not stirring the second wall portion (4.2).
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication de dalles de pierre agglomérée artificielle, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : a) le dépôt d'une première couche (1.1) d'un premier mélange (M1) sur une surface (2), la première couche ayant une première épaisseur h1, b) la création d'au moins une cavité (3), ayant une largeur wt et une longueur Li, dans la première couche (1.1) du premier mélange (M1), c) le dépôt d'un second mélange (M2) dans ladite ou lesdites cavités (3) de la première couche (1.1), la formation d'une seconde couche (1.2) par la combinaison des premier et second mélanges, la seconde couche ayant une seconde épaisseur h2, et d) le compactage et le durcissement de la seconde couche (1.2), le procédé comprenant en outre après l'étape c) et avant l'étape d), l'insertion d'un premier outil (5) au moins partiellement dans la seconde épaisseur h2 de la seconde couche (1.2) et l'actionnement du premier outil (5), le premier outil (5) étant conçu pour remuer la première partie de paroi (4.1) tout en ne remuant pas la seconde partie de paroi (4.2).
