Disclosed is a mobile road construction guide device, which can lift/lower, without tilting, a horizontal boom with a single hydraulic cylinder when the horizontal boom is lifted or lowered by a vertical boom of the mobile road construction guide device, and thus can simplify the setup for lifting/lowering of the boom. In addition, disclosed is a road construction site rear-end collision prevention device, which prevents a vehicle traveling toward a construction site from invading a specific blocked lane and entering the construction site so that people and equipment at the construction site and a vehicle driver are protected from a rear-end collision. De plus, l'invention concerne un dispositif de prévention de choc par l'arrière sur un site de construction de route, qui empêche un véhicule se déplaçant vers un site de construction d'envahir une voie bloquée spécifique et de pénétrer sur le site de construction de façon à protéger d'un choc par l'arrière des personnes et un équipement au niveau du site de construction et un conducteur de véhicule.
