COMPOSITION FOR KITCHEN OR BATHROOM FURNISHINGS, SUCH AS SINKS, WASHBASINS, WORKTOPS, TUBS AND SHEETS
Composition for the production of sinks comprising: fillers obtained from recovered material, resin obtained from recovered material, and virgin additives obtained neither from recovered materials nor from materials of animal or plant origin; wherein the recovered fillers comprise one or more of the following materials: recovered glass microspheres, recovered quartz, recovered material obtained from the grinding of sinks with a base of quartz or glass fillers and resin and aluminum trihydrate (ATH); the resin comprises an acrylic syrup obtained from recovered material or polyester obtained from recovered material; the virgin additives comprise at least one cross-linking agent that favors the cross-linking of the resin and one compatibilizing substance that favors the adhesion of the resin to the fillers, where said virgin additives are in a weight percentage of less than 9% of the total weight of the composition.
L'invention concerne une composition pour la production d'éviers comprenant : des charges obtenues à partir de matériaux récupérés, de la résine obtenue à partir de matériaux récupérés et d'additifs vierges obtenus ni à partir de matériaux récupérés ni à partir de matériaux d'origine animale ou végétale ; les charges récupérées comprenant un ou plusieurs des matériaux suivants : microsphères de verre récupérées, quartz récupéré, matériau récupéré provenant du broyage d'éviers à base de quartz ou charges de verre et résine et hydroxyde d'aluminium (ATH) ; la résine comprend un sirop acrylique obtenu à partir d'un matériau récupéré ou un polyester obtenu à partir d'un matériau récupéré ; les additifs vierges comprenant au moins un agent réticulant qui favorise la réticulation de la résine et une substance compatibilisante qui favorise l'adhésion de la résine aux charges, lesdits additifs vierges représentant un pourcentage en poids inférieur à 9 % du poids total de la composition.
