CEMENTITIOUS COMPOSITIONS HAVING BIOMASS ASHES, ESPECIALLY BAGASSE ASHES, AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to cementitious compositions comprising or consisting of a) a hydraulic binder itself comprising (in each case relative to the total dry weight of hydraulic binder) ai) 50 – 92 w%, preferably 70 – 77.55 w% of Ordinary Portland Cement, aii) 5 – 50 w%, preferably 21 – 30 w% of biomass ash, preferably bagasse 5 ash, b) 0.01 – 0.5 w%, preferably 0.1 – 0.45 w% (relative to the total dry weight of the cementitious composition) of cellulose ether, c) optionally 0.05 – 2.5 w%, preferably 0.1 – 1 w% (relative to the total dry weight of the cementitious composition) of redispersible polymer powder, and d) optionally at least one activator selected from alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salts of hydroxide, formate, chloride, sulphate, 10 and/or nitrate. The present invention also relates to uses of such cementitious compositions especially as tile adhesive.
La présente invention concerne des compositions cimentaires comprenant ou comportant a) un liant hydraulique comprenant lui-même (dans chaque cas relativement au poids sec total du liant hydraulique) ai) de 50 à 92 % en poids, préférentiellement de 70 à 77,55 % en poids, de ciment Portland ordinaire, aii) de 5 à 50 % en poids, préférentiellement de 21 à 30 % en poids, de cendres de biomasse, préférentiellement de cendres de bagasse, b) de 0,01 à 0,5 % en poids, préférentiellement de 0,1 à 0,45 % en poids (relativement au poids sec total de la composition cimentaire), d'éther de cellulose, c) éventuellement de 0,05 à 2,5 % en poids, préférentiellement de 0,1 à 1 % en poids (relativement au poids sec total de la composition cimentaire), de poudre de polymère redispersable, et d) éventuellement au moins un activateur choisi parmi des sels de métal alcalin ou de métal alcalino-terreux d'hydroxyde, de formate, de chlorure, de sulfate et/ou de nitrate. La présente invention concerne également des utilisations de telles compositions cimentaires, en particulier en tant que colle de carrelage.
