Verfahren zur Beschichtung eines Substrats (1), zumindest aufweisend die folgenden Schritte: a) Bereitstellen des Substrats (1); und b) Beschichten einer Oberfläche (2) des Substrats (1) mit einer Schicht (3), wobei das Beschichten mit einem PVD-Verfahren unter Verwendung eines Targets (4) erfolgt, das zumindest einen antimikrobiellen oder antiviralen Bestandteil (5) umfasst. Zudem wird eine Verwendung eines Targets (4) zum Beschichten einer Oberfläche (2) eines Substrats (1) vorgeschlagen.
The invention relates to a method for coating a substrate (1), at least comprising the following steps: a) providing the substrate (1); and b) coating a surface (2) of the substrate (1) with a coating (3), wherein the coating process takes places with a PVD method using a target (4), which comprises at least one antimicrobial or antiviral component (5). The invention also relates to a use of a target (4) for coating a surface (2) of a substrate (1).
L'invention concerne un procédé de revêtement d'un substrat (1), comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes consistant à : a) utiliser le substrat (1) ; et b) revêtir une surface (2) du substrat (1) avec un revêtement (3), le processus de revêtement s'effectuant par un procédé de dépôt physique en phase vapeur (PVD) utilisant une cible (4), qui comprend au moins un composant antimicrobien ou antiviral (5).
