VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINES SCHICHTKÖRPERS AUS HOLZ UND EINER HÄRTBAREN ZUSAMMENSETZUNG
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schichtkörpers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass – ein Holzkörper bereitgelegt wird, – eine härtbare Zusammensetzung im flüssigen Zustand auf diesen aufgetragen wird – und die Zusammensetzung aushärtet, wobei die Zusammensetzung mindestens ein organisches Bindemittel und mindestens 80 Gewichts-% mineralische Füllstoffe bezogen auf die gesamte Zusammensetzung enthält. Das Verfahren ermöglicht das dauerhafte Verbinden von Holzkörpern und Zusammensetzungen auf organischer Bindemittelbasis und hohem Gehalt an mineralischen Füllstoffen. Die aus dem Verfahren erhaltenen Schichtkörper sind vergleichsweise leicht, stabil und belastbar und besonders geeignet als nachhaltige Bauteile im Hochbau, insbesondere als Deckenelement.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps stratifié, caractérisé en ce que : un corps en bois est fourni, une composition durcissable est appliquée à l'état liquide sur celui-ci et la composition est durcie, ladite composition contenant au moins un liant organique et au moins 80 % en poids de charges minérales rapporté à l'ensemble de la composition. Ledit procédé permet la liaison durable de corps en bois et de compositions à base de liants organiques et à haute teneur en charges minérales. Les corps stratifiés obtenus selon ledit procédé sont comparativement légers, stables et résistants et conviennent particulièrement comme composants durables dans le bâtiment et les travaux publics, en particulier comme élément de plafond.
