L'invention concerne un dispositif de serrage pour fenêtres (22) et/ou portes (23), le dispositif de serrage comprenant : un corps principal en forme de coin (1) ayant un côté inférieur (2), un côté supérieur (3), un élément central (4) et un élément de boîtier (5), les hauteurs (1a) de surfaces extérieures latérales (6a, 6'a) du corps principal (1) augmentant à partir d'une région plate (1b) dans la direction (A) d'une région élevée (1c) de telle sorte que le corps principal (1) forme un coin, et l'élément central (4) formant une piste de coulissement dure (4a) sur le côté supérieur (3) et l'élément de boîtier (5) formant une surface de coulissement souple (5a) sur le côté supérieur (3).
