A power sliding door actuator according to the present invention comprises: an actuator unit provided with a motor, a gear for amplifying the torque generated by the motor, a drum that can be rotated by the gear, and a cable that moves according to the rotation of the drum and opens and closes a door; a tensioner unit which provides a restoring force to the actuator unit; and a housing unit which provides a path through which the actuator unit moves.
