A METHOD OF INSTALLING A MONOPILE IN A SEABED USING A TRANSPORTATION BARGE OR VESSEL
A method of installing a monopile in a seabed using a transportation barge or vessel A method of installing a monopile (10) in a seabed, comprising: - in a harbor, charging the monopile on a transportation barge (16) or vessel having a rotatable upending tool, the monopile resting on at least one cradle (38) of the upending tool, - moving the transportation barge (16) or vessel to an installation location, - rotating the monopile and the upending tool together to a discharge position, in which the monopile is vertical, partly immersed in a body of water (28) and has a first longitudinal extremity resting on a bottom part (42) of the upending tool, by pulling a second longitudinal extremity using a crane (56) mounted on a heavy lift vessel (52) or on a jack-up platform, - disengaging the monopile from the upending tool using the crane, - lowering the monopile and hammering the monopile into the seabed.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'installation d'un monopieu dans un fond marin à l'aide d'une barge ou d'un navire de transport, le procédé d'installation d'un monopieu (10) dans un fond marin, comprenant les étapes consistant à : dans un port, charger le monopieu sur une barge de transport (16) ou un navire ayant un outil de redressement rotatif, le monopieu reposant sur au moins un berceau (38) de l'outil de redressement ; déplacer la barge de transport (16) ou le navire vers un emplacement d'installation ; faire tourner le monopieu et l'outil de redressement ensemble vers une position de décharge, dans laquelle le monopieu est vertical, partiellement immergé dans une masse d'eau (28) et a une première extrémité longitudinale reposant sur une partie inférieure (42) de l'outil de redressement, en tirant une seconde extrémité longitudinale à l'aide d'une grue (56) montée sur un navire de levage lourd (52) ou sur une plateforme auto-élévatrice ; désengager le monopieu de l'outil de redressement à l'aide de la grue ; abaisser le monopieu et marteler le monopieu dans le fond marin.
