METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEPARABLE CERAMIC DENTAL IMPLANT
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a separable ceramic dental implant and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a separable ceramic dental implant, the method comprising: injection molding a ceramic dental implant by using a screw core pin and a polymer insert made of a polymer material and including a screw-shaped groove part having a shape corresponding to the screw shape of the dental implant; and then separating the screw core pin and the polymer insert and performing a solvent degreasing step, a heat degreasing step, and a sintering step, thereby manufacturing a ceramic dental implant without a parting line formed thereon.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un implant dentaire en céramique séparable et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de fabrication d'un implant dentaire en céramique séparable, le procédé comprenant : le moulage par injection d'un implant dentaire en céramique à l'aide d'un noyau de la vis et d'un insert en polymère constitué d'un matériau polymère et comprenant une partie rainurée en forme de vis ayant une forme correspondant à la forme de la vis de l'implant dentaire ; puis la séparation du noyau de la vis et de l'insert en polymère et la réalisation d'une étape de dégraissage au solvant, d'une étape de dégraissage à la chaleur et d'une étape de frittage, ce qui permet de fabriquer un implant dentaire en céramique sans qu'une ligne de séparation soit formée sur celui-ci.
본 발명은 세라믹 재질의 분리형 치과용 임플란트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 치과용 임플란트의 나사 형상과 대응되는 형상의 나사형 홈부가 형성된 폴리머 재질의 폴리머 인서트와 나사 코어핀을 이용하여, 세라믹 재질의 치과용 임플란트를 사출 성형한 다음, 나사 코어핀과 폴리머 인서트를 분리해내고, 용매 탈지 단계, 가열 탈지 단계 및 소결 단계를 통해 파팅 라인이 형성되지 않는 세라믹 재질의 치과용 임플란트를 제조할 수 있는 세라믹 재질의 분리형 치과용 임플란트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
