The operation of a locking/unlocking device (32) is remotely controlled on the basis of an unlocking signal (UL) transmitted from a portable mobile device (11) by a user (20). This processing device (15) receives test data (CK) indicating whether the user (20) is under the influence of alcohol through wireless communication. The processing device (15) disables the transmission of the unlocking signal (UL) by the mobile device (11) when the test data (CK) indicates that the user (20) is under the influence of alcohol.
