ARTIFICIAL TURF AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
An artificial turf and a manufacturing method therefor. The method comprises: S01, preparing mixed granules; S02, dyeing the mixed granules prepared in S01 to obtain dyed granules; S03, performing a thread drawing process on the dyed granules prepared in S02 to obtain artificial turf threads; S04, preparing a finished turf thread bobbin; and S05, weaving grass thread fibers and base cloth fibers into an integrally-formed turf. In this way, the grass thread fibers and the base cloth fibers are woven together to form the integrated artificial turf, so that the firmness of the artificial turf is increased; the grass thread fibers are made of a same material, so that recycling and reprocessing are facilitated, environmental pollution is reduced, and manufacturing costs of enterprises are reduced.
Gazon artificiel et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé consiste : S01, à préparer des granulés mélangés ; S02, à colorer les granulés mélangés préparés à l'étape S01 afin d'obtenir des granulés colorés ; S03, à effectuer un processus d'étirage de fil sur les granulés colorés préparés à l'étape S02 afin d'obtenir des fils de gazon artificiel ; S04, à préparer une bobine de fil de gazon finie ; et S05, à tisser des fibres de fil d'herbe et des fibres de tissu de base en un gazon formé d'un seul tenant.
