Disclosed is a cold box (1) for cooling and liquefying hydrogen, comprising a self-supporting structure forming a vertical enclosure (2) in which there is an exchanger/reactor (3) and fluidic equipment (4), the vertical enclosure being formed by two superposed cylindrical modules (5, 6), an upper module (6) on top of a lower module (5), the fluidic equipment (4) being grouped together in the lower module in which they are accessible at breast height.
Boite froide (1) destinée au refroidissement et à la liquéfaction d'hydrogène comprenant une structure autoportante formant une enceinte (2) verticale dans laquelle on trouve un échangeur/réacteur (3) et des équipements (4) fluidiques, l'enceinte verticale étant formée de deux modules (5, 6) superposés cylindriques, un module (5) inférieur surmonté d'un module (6) supérieur, les équipements (4) fluidiques étant regroupés dans le module inférieur dans lequel ils sont accessibles à hauteur d'homme.
