THERMAL INSULATION AND DECORATION INTEGRATED BOARD, AND THERMAL INSULATION WALL FORMED BY SAME
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation and decoration integrated board and a thermal insulation wall formed by same. A decorative board, an intermediate board, a thermal insulation board and a bottom board are sequentially stacked and bonded to form a blank board. A fastener comprises a flat plate portion and a fold edge portion connected to an edge of the flat plate portion, the flat plate portion of the fastener being fixed between the decorative board and the intermediate board, the fold edge portion being arranged at an edge of the blank board, and the fold edge portion being provided with a mounting hole. In order to improve the strength of the connection between the adjacent boards, flared through holes are distributed in the intermediate board and the bottom board, with some of the flared through holes facing the outside of the intermediate board and the bottom board, and the remaining flared through holes facing in the opposite direction; and when surfaces of the intermediate board and the bottom board are coated or impregnated with an adhesive, the flared through holes are filled with the adhesive. The flared through holes have a function similar to barbs, and the multiple flared through holes facing in opposite directions achieve a bidirectional barb function, thereby greatly increasing the binding force and avoiding adhesive failure.
La présente invention concerne un panneau intégré d'isolation thermique et de décoration et une paroi d'isolation thermique formée par ce dernier. Un panneau décoratif, un panneau intermédiaire, un panneau d'isolation thermique et un panneau inférieur sont empilés et liés de manière séquentielle pour former un panneau vierge.
