ASPHALT COMPOSITION AND ASPHALT PAVEMENT MATERIAL COMPOSITION
Disclosed is an asphalt composition including an asphalt and a polyolefin copolymer containing monomeric units that have an epoxy group, wherein the content of asphaltenes in the asphalt is less than 1% by mass of the total of the asphalt, and the proportion of monomeric units that have an epoxy group is 1-4% by mass of the total of the polyolefin copolymer. An asphalt pavement material composition including said asphalt composition and an aggregate is also disclosed.
L'invention concerne une composition d'asphalte contenant de l'asphalte et un copolymère de polyoléfine contenant des unités monomères qui possèdent un groupe époxy, la teneur en asphaltènes de l'asphalte étant inférieure à 1% en masse pour la totalité de l'asphalte, et la proportion d'unités monomères qui possèdent un groupe époxy étant comprise entre 1 et 4% en masse pour la totalité du copolymère de polyoléfine. L'invention concerne également une composition de matériaux de pavage à base d'asphalte, laquelle contient ladite composition d'asphalte et un agrégat.
