A ship for gathering floating algae comprises a raising system (1) for bringing the algae up on board the ship in a working position in which an entry zone is below the waterline of the ship, the ship being characterized in that the raising system (1) can be moved between the working position and a stowed position in which the entry zone (E) is above the waterline (F).
Un navire pour le ramassage d'algues flottantes comporte un système de remontée (1) pour remonter des algues sur le navire dans une position de travail dans laquelle une zone d'entrée est au-dessous d'un niveau de flottaison du navire, le navire étant caractérisé en ce que le système de remontée (1) est mobile entre la position de travail et une position de rangement dans laquelle la zone d'entrée (E) est au-dessus du niveau de flottaison (F).
