CEMENT SLURRY COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a cement slurry composition comprising: 25% to 60% by volume of cenospheres; 15% to 45% by volume of a combination of a cementitious material and an additive; 20% to 35% by volume of water and 3% to 15% by volume of air; wherein the total volume of the composition adds to 100%, and wherein the cementitious material comprises 30% to 95% of hydraulic cement by weight of total cementitious material (BWTC) and 5% to 70% of pozzolan BWTC, the additive is present at an amount of 0.1% to 6% BWTC, whereby the total weight of the cementitious material adds to 100%. The present invention also relates to a method of preparing the cement slurry composition, a set or hardened cement obtained from the cement slurry composition and the use of the cement slurry composition in cementing or plugging oil and gas well, and in civil construction and architecture.
La présente invention concerne une composition de coulis de ciment comprenant : 25 % à 60 % en volume de cénosphères ; 15 % à 45 % en volume d'une combinaison d'un matériau à base de ciment et d'un additif ; 20 % à 35 % en volume d'eau ; et 3 % à 15 % en volume d'air, le volume total de la composition totalisant 100 % et le matériau à base de ciment comprenant 30 % à 95 % de ciment hydraulique en poids par rapport au poids total du matériau à base de ciment (BWTC) et 5 % à 70 % de pouzzolane BWTC, l'additif étant présent à raison de 0,1 % à 6 % BWTC, le poids total du matériau à base de ciment totalisant 100 %. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la composition de coulis de ciment, un ciment pris ou durci obtenu à partir de la composition de coulis de ciment et l'utilisation de la composition de coulis de ciment en cimentation ou obturation d'un puits de pétrole et de gaz, et en construction civile et en architecture.
