LIMITING HINGE
A limiting hinge, comprising a left leaf, a right leaf and a pin, wherein at least one sleeve group used for the pin to be inserted into same is arranged between the left leaf and the right leaf; each sleeve group comprises an upper sleeve and a lower sleeve, which are located on the same axis; a lower limiting block is arranged at the bottom of the upper sleeve; an upper limiting block matching a lower limiting plate is arranged at the top of the lower sleeve; a fitting face of the lower limiting block is a radial face of the upper sleeve; and a fitting face of the upper limiting block is a radial surface of the lower sleeve. In the limiting hinge, by means of respectively arranging, on the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve, the lower limiting block and the upper limiting block, which match each other, the maximum opening angle of the whole limiting hinge is preset, so as to prevent product damage caused by a turning-over structure connected to the leaves colliding with peripheral components during turning-over; and the whole structure is simple, and manufacturing and machining are convenient.
Une charnière de limitation comprend un battant gauche, un battant droit et une broche, au moins un groupe de manchons utilisé pour la broche à insérer dans celui-ci étant disposé entre le battant gauche et le battant droit; chaque groupe de manchons comprend un manchon supérieur et un manchon inférieur qui sont situés sur le même axe; un bloc de limitation inférieur est disposé au bas du manchon supérieur; un bloc de limitation supérieur correspondant à une plaque de limitation inférieure est disposé au sommet du manchon inférieur; une face d'ajustement du bloc de limitation inférieur est une face radiale du manchon supérieur; et une face d'ajustement du bloc de limitation supérieur est une surface radiale du manchon inférieur.
