An embodiment comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate, which faces the first substrate and is disposed on the first substrate; a first transparent electrode layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a second transparent electrode layer, which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and faces the first transparent electrode layer; an electrochromic part disposed between the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer; and a light transmission control part, which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and includes a light transmission area and a light-blocking pattern disposed in the vicinity of the light transmission area.
