Provided is a stepladder foldable into a portable shape. This stepladder comprises a first support 50L, a second support 50R, a first top cap 120 of a top cap 20, a top step 30, and a bottom step 40 all of which are parallel with one another when the stepladder is folded. Further, the first top cap 120 and the top step 30 are accommodated in hollow portions of the first support 50L and the second support 50R in a state in which the first top cap 120 and the top step 30 are aligned in a direction (left-right direction) orthogonal to an extension direction (up-down direction) of the first support 50L and the second support 50R.
