METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INCINERATION OF COMBUSTIBLE WASTE DURING THE MANUFACTURE OF CEMENT CLINKER
The invention relates to a method for incineration of combustible waste during the manufacture of cement clinker. The waste is incinerated in a separate compartment, the exhaust gases produced during the waste incineration process being vented to the preheater for heating the cement raw meal, the waste is introduced via a waste inlet onto a supporting surface incorporated in the compartment and in that, during incineration, the waste is transported through the compartment to the outlet of the compartment along a circular path, characterized in that the compartment is arranged at a distance from said calciner or a preheater tower by means of a material chute, said material chute enters a downward sloping duct, said duct carries exit gas from said compartment and non-combustible material from waste fuel firing in said compartment down into the calciner or preheater tower.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'incinération de déchets combustibles lors de la fabrication de clinker de ciment. Les déchets sont incinérés dans un compartiment séparé, les gaz d'échappement produits pendant le processus d'incinération de déchets étant évacués vers le préchauffeur pour chauffer la farine crue de ciment, les déchets sont introduits par une entrée de déchets sur une surface de support incorporée dans le compartiment et en ce que, pendant l'incinération, les déchets sont transportés à travers le compartiment jusqu'à la sortie du compartiment le long d'un trajet circulaire, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment est disposé à une certaine distance dudit four de calcination ou d'une tour de préchauffage au moyen d'une goulotte de matériau, ladite goulotte de matériau entre dans un conduit incliné vers le bas, ledit conduit transporte le gaz de sortie dudit compartiment et le matériau non combustible de la combustion de déchets combustibles dans ledit compartiment vers le bas dans le four de calcination ou la tour de préchauffage.
