Glass for low-temperature co-fired glass ceramic, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, and a glass/ceramic composite material comprising the glass, relating to the technical field of chip type and integrated passive elements. The glass comprises the following components in percentage by mole: 35-55 mol% of CaO, 1-10 mol% of B2O3, 35-55 mol% of SiO2, and 5-18 mol% of CaF2. The glass/ceramic composite material has low softening temperature and good sintering promotion performance, ceramic having excellent microwave dielectric performance can be separated out at a high temperature, the compatibility with a silver electrode is better, and the ceramic can be used for adjusting dielectric, mechanical, and thermal properties of the composite material.
