A floating device and a swimming pool cleaning robot. The floating device comprises a floating housing (110) and a wireless transmission module (130); the floating housing (110) is provided with a handle (120); the top of the handle (120) is higher than the floating housing (110); and the wireless transmission module (130) is arranged at the inner top of the handle (120). The floating device can be conveniently lifted by means of the handle, and the floating device can remotely transmit an instruction to the wireless transmission module via a remote controller and the like, so that the use convenience and the cleaning efficiency are improved.
