An automatic toilet-flushing device according to the present invention comprises: a detection sensor that detects human body parts or objects approaching a side surface of a toilet tank and generates a detection signal; a controller that generates a control signal for operating a driving unit on the basis of the detection signal; an operating rod that has a hole through which a lever connected to the toilet tank passes, and that is connected to the driving unit and moves according to the operation of the driving unit; and a hook device that protrudes toward the upper surface of a lever case in which the lever is stored, is connected to one end of the lever, and engages with the hole according to the movement of the operating rod, thereby moving the lever to flush the toilet.
