METHOD TO MANUFACTURE A BEVEL ON A BUILDING PANEL AND SUCH BUILDING PANEL
A method to manufacture a bevel at least partly along at least one edge of a building panel (1), such as a floor panel or wall panel, where the building panel (1) comprises a substrate (3) having an inorganic filler of an amount of 50-85wt% and a polymer-based material. The method comprising heating at least an edge portion of an edge of the building panel (1), along which edge the bevel is to be formed, and forming the bevel in said edge portion by applying pressure to said portion, where the bevel is at least partly formed in the substrate (3).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer un biseau au moins partiellement le long d'au moins un bord d'un panneau de construction (1), tel qu'un panneau de plancher ou un panneau mural, le panneau de construction (1) comprenant un substrat (3) présentant une charge inorganique en une quantité de 50 à 85 % en poids et un matériau à base de polymère. Le procédé consiste à chauffer au moins une partie de bord d'un bord du panneau de construction (1), le long duquel le biseau doit être formé, et à former le biseau dans ladite partie de bord par application d'une pression à ladite partie, le biseau étant au moins partiellement formé dans le substrat (3).

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer un biseau au moins partiellement le long d'au moins un bord d'un panneau de construction (1), tel qu'un panneau de plancher ou un panneau mural, le panneau de construction (1) comprenant un substrat (3) présentant une charge inorganique en une quantité de 50 à 85 % en poids et un matériau à base de polymère. Le procédé consiste à chauffer au moins une partie de bord d'un bord du panneau de construction (1), le long duquel le biseau doit être formé, et à former le biseau dans ladite partie de bord par application d'une pression à ladite partie, le biseau étant au moins partiellement formé dans le substrat (3).
