Fischaufstiegsanlage (1), die im Betrieb an einem in einem Fließgewässer (2) angeordneten Wehr (3), das ein Oberwasser (4) des Fließgewässers (2) von einem Unterwasser (5) des Fließgewässers (2) trennt, angeordnet ist, wobei zumindest eine Fischaufstiegseinrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist, die im Betrieb einen Fischaufstieg von dem Unterwasser (5) zu dem Oberwasser (4) ermöglicht. Vorgeschlagen wird, dass ein schwimmfähiger Schwimmkörper (7) vorgesehen ist, der zumindest die eine Fischaufstiegseinrichtung (6) trägt. Ferner sind ein modulares System (30) mit zumindest einer Fischaufstiegsanlage und eine Anordnung (40) mit einem vorzugsweise schwimmenden Wasserkraftwerk (31) angegeben.
