PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION D'UNE PIÈCE EN MATÉRIAU COMPOSITE À MATRICE CÉRAMIQUE
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a part made from a ceramic matrix composite material, the method comprising: • - formation of a precursor deposit of a pre-densification matrix (37) in a porosity of a fibrous structure, comprising depositing a first layer (302) of silicon carbide and depositing a second layer of boron-doped silicon that covers the first layer, • - a thermal treatment for diffusion of the solid-phase boron, by subjecting the precursor deposit thus formed to a treatment temperature of between 1350°C and 1400°C so as to form a protective barrier (38) in a ternary Si-B-C system at the interface between the first layer and the second layer and to thereby obtain a pre-densified fibrous structure, and • - infiltration of the pre-densified fibrous structure thus obtained by a molten infiltration composition comprising silicon in order to form a ceramic matrix in a residual porosity of the pre-densified fibrous structure.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite à matrice céramique, comprenant : • - la formation d'un dépôt précurseur de matrice (37) de pré¬ densification dans une porosité d'une structure fibreuse, comprenant le dépôt d'une première couche (302) de carbure de silicium et le dépôt d'une deuxième couche de silicium dopé au bore recouvrant la première couche, • - un traitement thermique de diffusion du bore en phase solide en soumettant le dépôt précurseur ainsi formé à une température de traitement comprise entre 1350°C et 1400°C afin de former une barrière protectrice (38) en un système ternaire Si-B-C à l'interface entre la première couche et la deuxième couche et obtenir ainsi une structure fibreuse pré-densifiée, et • - l'infiltration de la structure fibreuse pré-densifiée ainsi obtenue par une composition d'infiltration à l'état fondu comprenant du silicium afin de former une matrice céramique dans une porosité résiduelle de la structure fibreuse pré-densifiée.
